In reply to cokeparty. I’ll admit, I was surprised at how well Post Malone could sing. Never knew he had it in him - all of his tracks I’ve heard have been your typical auto tuned club vocals. With that being said, I still didn’t enjoy his performance or the songs. ‍♂️

I’m honestly not a GaGa hater. I’m certainly not a fan but I think she’s really good at whatever that thing she does is. But watching her absolutely do a caricature of someone “rocking out” during a song that CLEARLY does no such thing was some theatre kid fucking nonsense. Do people love her so much that they can’t see how false and contrived her entire stage presence was during that song?

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not listening to new RHCP in my car (or anywhere for that matter) and they aren’t the most polished live band, but they are hella fun to watch live. It’s almost comical how much energy these dudes still have and Flea was blowing it up on the bass as usual. Once Malone got out there, he was looking around like WTF? So much more fun to watch than Malone walking around backwards in a foggy hallway.
